After 25 years at Airbus Helicopters, from technician to contract manager and internal coach at the Leadership University, I founded D-velop to put this experience to the service of managers and executives who want to change their impact without changing their job.

I am not a coach fresh out of a 10-day training. I have experienced firsthand the pressures of industrial management, hierarchical pressure, and the solitude of decision-making. This lived experience is my added value: understanding reality and challenges.
