About Jerome

After training as an engineer in Industrial Computing (Polytech Annecy-Chambéry - 1996), and with 12 years of professional experience, I decided in 2011 to create my company (CLJ Conseil) to continue helping French companies (all sizes / all sectors) to grow and become sustainable (activities / jobs) through the study and implementation of transformation projects (strategic, cross-functional, and complex by nature).

To succeed in these transformations and continuously increase the satisfaction of employees and clients, it is essential to accelerate the creation and deployment phases of digital systems (organizational, functional, and technical) through collaborative and technological innovation.
