I help SMEs transform their manual, repetitive, or poorly structured tasks into simple, documented, and team-usable AI workflows.

I don't come in to sell an abstract "AI strategy." I start with a concrete problem: reporting that takes too long, emails to process, documents to produce, a knowledge base to exploit, a commercial or administrative process to simplify, or an internal assistant to scope.

My role is to understand the actual workings of your company, identify what can be automated without creating an overly complex system, and then design a clear workflow: steps, tools, business rules, human validation, limitations, documentation.

I primarily use Claude, ChatGPT, no-code tools, lightweight automations, APIs when useful, and a very operational approach. The goal is not to add AI everywhere, but to save time on the right topics, reduce errors, and make internal methods easier to reproduce.
