I am the CEO of Arras Patrimoine. My role: to be the architect who transforms an intention (“I want to invest / structure / secure”) into a clear, quantified, and executable action plan – without empty promises, with a real decision-making logic.

Arras Patrimoine is a wealth engineering and governance firm. We work with leaders, investors, and families who want to build or optimize their wealth strategy (real estate, financial, tax, corporate) while maintaining a global vision: real return, controlled risk, cash flow, taxation, inheritance, protection, legal coherence.

Our mission is simple: to bring order and performance to matters where everyone offers opinions… but few build a complete strategy. We analyze the situation, define the objectives, choose the most coherent structure (holding company, SCI, SAS, split ownership, etc.), and then prepare the files and the roadmap. When necessary, we work with the right professionals (lawyers, notaries, accountants, banks) to ensure execution. We don't replace these players: we orchestrate, structure, and prevent costly mistakes.

Our difference: an anti-BS, rational, and results-oriented approach. No "generic advice," but concrete trade-offs, comparative scenarios, clear projections, and a strategy that works in real life.

Finally, we are developing a "COO-as-a-Service" governance offering for entrepreneurs: KPI-driven management, weekly committees, decision-making cockpit, and execution routines. Objective: Anti-chaos & cash – more clarity, more speed, less risk.
