As a research and development engineer at Foundever, I leverage my skills in TypeScript, Vue3, WebSocket, RTC, and Node.js on ElectronJS to develop an internal communication application for enterprise customer service departments. This platform aims to improve information exchange, team organization, and efficient problem-solving. My work focuses on key application modules, including 1:1 and team chat, file sharing, scheduling, team monitoring, and the creation and management of queues for ticket processing. Existing open-source technologies were insufficient to meet our high optimization requirements, leading me to research and design advanced custom solutions.
