ALEPTE (association, Seine-Saint-Denis)

Deployment of a complete CRM for beneficiary file management and funding tracking, replacing a scattered process across multiple tools. Automation of weekly reporting via Make + Baserow: 1.5 hours of manual processing eliminated each week for the administrative manager.

VSE - Energy renovation (10 employees)

The manager was navigating between several tools without a consolidated view and had to call his teams for basic information. Deployment of a Baserow CRM in 5 interconnected modules: sales management, financial tracking, scheduling, order management, and internal view. Make handles the generation and sending of quotes as well as real-time price updates. Progressive training of the 10 employees module by module. AI integration in progress to query data in natural language.

Across all missions: advanced Make scenarios including PDF generation, data synchronization, Baserow API calls, fraud detection, and financial modeling with projected revenue forecasts.
