I joined the Ind!go program to participate in the transformation of the workstation for MMA claims adjusters.

As Project Manager / Business Analyst, I contributed to the integration of MMA claims adjusters' activities into the Salesforce CRM to effectively manage their work.

My team consisted of 3 members and worked on the connection between Claimcenter (claims tool) and Salesforce (Claims CRM):
- A PO
- An IT Pilot
- A Project Manager/Business Analyst

Our work was outsourced to several teams within the Covéa group, including:
- Ind!go Team for the Claimcenter and data flows part
- Batch and TP mediation Team for data flows
- Salesforce Team for CRM developments
