As a management controller, I design financial Excel tools for VSEs, SMEs, and freelancers who need clear guidance without hiring an accounting firm or an in-house financial director.
My approach is simple: a file is only useful if it can be used without training, is readable by someone who did not create it, and is reliable in its calculations. This is what I strive to produce on every assignment.
Specifically, I work on three types of deliverables:
Excel budget dashboard, with monthly tracking, variance analysis, and management indicators. Starting from €2200.
Custom financial simulator (profitability, cash flow, forecast). Starting from €2700.
Monthly reporting tool adapted to your business. Starting from €1300.
For longer or evolving assignments, I offer daily rate services at €450 per day.
My background: 7 years in management control (associations then multi-establishment structures), preceded by 2 years in an auditing firm. Three master's degrees in finance and accounting, including the DSCG obtained as an independent candidate.
I work remotely, asynchronously. Deliveries are made within 10 to 14 days depending on complexity. Communication via messaging and scheduled video conferences outside of office hours.
