Repair, retrofit, and testing operations on the T.A.L.I.O.S. pod equipping the Rafale and Mirage 2000.

Within the customer options design office of the Fenwick-Linde Group Kion factory (Cenon sur Vienne), I participate in the technical electrical/mechanical studies for customer options on electric forklifts (Tractor range, pallet stacker, reach truck, order picker). (Examples of options: access control, speed reduction, electric piloting of hydraulic equipment, external power supply, lift cut-off, HMI, addition of driver safety, etc.)

- Production of harness plans and electrical diagrams for new customer option electric forklifts.

- Production of mechanical parts, reworking of parts, assemblies to integrate an electrical component on or inside an electric forklift.

- Implementation of the NX Siemens Schematics module in the design office (creation of a CAD electrical component database).

- Definition of the delivery date for personal study files.

- Management of personal planning and study follow-up.

- Exchange by email and phone with the electrical harness supplier.

- Writing of customer and after-sales service instruction manuals.

- Training and supervision of an electrical draftsman contractor.

- Integration and processing of data from CAN buses as part of options.

- Creation of exploded views.

- Technical referent for electrical subjects and feasibility studies with project managers, production, series design office, methods and quality departments, after-sales service, electrical harness supplier, etc. Examples of complex achievements:

- Electrical integration of a pneumatic gripper arm on client N20 132: Point P.

- Electrical integration of a compressor on P60 and P30C for manufacturers Rolls Royce and BMW.

- Wired remote control on forklift 1173.

- Electrical piloting of hydraulic system on forklift 1173. Software: SAP, NX CAD 7.5 and 11, SAP ECTR.

- Development of supervision and control applications for test benches in the test equipment team at Itron (Chasseneuil-du-Poitou) as a "Secom Industries" contractor > Integration of a new industrial "non-intrusive" smart electricity meter on a test line consisting of a dielectric, functional, and metrological bench and an R&D metrological bench (creation of test resources under Labview, writing specifications, application of a certification that guarantees all tests by reproducing all defects of the electricity meter). > Participation in the creation for the after-sales service of a semi-automated test line accepting all major industrial electricity meter models (creation of test resources under Labview, writing specifications and electrical diagrams).

> Monitoring of production lines (supply chain) for industrial electricity meters in 2*8 shifts during July and August 2012 (writing daily reports transferred to the test equipment and methods teams on the main defects of production equipment and electricity meters, software and hardware maintenance of test benches, analysis of databases storing test results). Software: LabVIEW, Oracle, MSQuery, SourceSafe.
