Adult trainer and DFA (Dispositif Formation Accompagnée - Supported Training Scheme) referent, I work on skill development for very diverse audiences, with strong expertise in hospitality-catering, tourism, inclusion, and support for people with disabilities.

I bring an operational, structured, and inclusive pedagogical approach: workshops on digital technology, AI, transversal skills, soft skills, and professional techniques.

My role: design tailor-made programs, lead dynamic sessions, secure learning, and adapt content to each profile, including RQTH (Recognized Worker with a Disability). I work with active methods, clear materials, and formative assessments to measure real progress.

I also support organizations in implementing the Supported Training Scheme (DFA), managing individualized programs, and raising awareness about disabilities.
