I had the opportunity to work at EN3S on a PHP/Symfony development mission. The main objective was to automate the management of student satisfaction surveys. To achieve this, I integrated the SurveyMonkey API into their Symfony application, which now automatically triggers surveys based on student progress.
I also developed a system for retrieving responses and scores, with seamless integration into their business software, facilitating the monitoring and analysis of feedback.
A rewarding mission, with a receptive team and a very professional working environment.

During this mission, I developed a solution to connect the company's internal training management tool to Edusign, in order to automate the creation and tracking of attendance sheets.

Before this project, each training session had to be manually re-entered into Edusign: entering the title, dates, trainers, importing the participant list, then generating and sending the sheets. After the session, the team had to return to the platform to check signatures and follow up with absentees. This process was repetitive, time-consuming, and prone to errors.

I therefore designed an automated connector that manages the entire workflow:
    • Automatic creation and updating of sessions in Edusign as soon as they are registered in the internal tool
    • Real-time synchronization of the participant list (additions, deletions).
    • Generation and sending of attendance sheets without manual intervention.
    • Retrieval of signature statuses via webhooks and display in an internal dashboard.
    • Automatic archiving of signed sheets for later consultation.

Technically, I used Edusign's REST API, managed authentication via secure token, and implemented a logging and retry system in case of errors. A small internal dashboard allows visualizing sessions, seeing missing signatures, and triggering a reminder with one click.

    Result:
    • No more double entry between the two tools.
    • Significant time savings for the training team.
    • Fewer errors and manual follow-ups.
    • Sheets centralized directly in the internal tool, ready for audits.
This solution has made the process more reliable while remaining simple to use for the teams, who continue to work from their usual tool.
