Designed and deployed a Power BI pre-product dashboard to collect data from timing test machines, with R&D and Production departments as key stakeholders, which enhanced production data visibility and accelerated decision-making for workshop managers.

Developed and implemented production monitoring dashboards in collaboration with the Lean Management department, which improved operational tracking and empowered team leaders and workshop supervisors with actionable insights.

Created and standardized a BI estimation abacus to facilitate workload assessment for BI product development, which optimized project planning and increased delivery predictability.

Developed finance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing key KPIs. ️Provided daily support to the global finance team on Intacct.

Led projects for system enhancement, translating business requirements into streamlined processes.

Managed continuous improvement of existing tools and implemented new ones linked to Intacct.

Created internal applications using Power Apps for enhanced efficiency.

Developed training materials and ensured ongoing management of ETL, Power Query, and Power BI features.

Papacitos | Founder & Operator Conceptualized and established the Papacitos brand, blending French inspiration with Colombian flavors, specializing in gourmet French fries and pancakes. Strategic Development: Executed digital marketing strategies on Instagram and Google My Business. Enhanced customer experience through brand development. Crafted unique recipes and diversified the overall menu.
