I worked at Loré as a full-stack Tech Lead on React, Angular & .NET.

My objective was to build a front-end team & carry out the redesign of all web applications.

My team consisted of:

- 3 front-end developers

- 8 back-end developers

- 2 Product Owners

- 1 UI/UX Designer

- 1 QA Tester

- 10 business consultants

My responsibilities:

- Redesign of the front-end in Angular

- Design of a React.js project with clean architecture and development tools

- Installation of EsLint, Prettier, Husky tools and definition of development conventions

- Supervision and training of developers

- Design, develop, and maintain features in line with business needs

- Redefine the software architecture from Angular App -> Angular Workspace (Mono repo)

- Participate in the writing of detailed technical specifications

- Set up CI/CD

- Write technical documentation

- Lead and participate in refactoring, continuous improvement, and code review contribution.

Results:

- Skill development of development teams (back-end and front-end)

- Delivery of new application versions

- Reduction in delivery time

- Decrease in the number of bugs and crashes present in the applications

- Implementation of monitoring

I worked at Isocel as a senior front-end developer on Ember.js.

My objective was to assist in the technical redesign of the internal framework.

My team consisted of:

- 4 technical architects
