Jérémy Garcia

I create photorealistic 3D perspectives for architectural and real estate projects. I primarily work from plans, models, and references provided by my clients, which I model in Revit to obtain a precise base faithful to the actual project. I then add textures, materials, lighting, and atmospheres to produce realistic renderings in Corona Renderer or Lumion, depending on the type of image and desired output.

My goal is to create immersive and elegant visuals that convey the architectural intent while allowing the final client to easily project themselves into the space. I work in close collaboration with each client to adjust details, framing, and the overall atmosphere until a polished and convincing final result is achieved.

My work has also been recognized internationally: I won 3rd place worldwide in a Lumion video competition, recognizing the artistic and technical quality of my animated renderings.

As an employed visualizer, I participated in the design and enhancement of architectural projects by producing building permits, 3D images, and presentation videos. I worked from plans and technical files to produce documents compliant with administrative requirements, while creating realistic visuals that allowed clients and partners to better envision the projects.

I also produced 3D animations and videos to present buildings in their environment and highlight architectural intentions. This position allowed me to develop a rigorous approach to the architectural process as well as a true sensitivity to the clarity and quality of visual materials intended for clients and authorities.
