About Jérémy

Freelance Product Manager / Product Owner, I help organizations transform complex business needs into simple, useful, and truly adopted products and tools.

My natural environment: business products, web/mobile platforms, and tools that simplify operations. I intervene where the link needs to be made between user needs, business objectives, and technical teams.

I can be involved in:
  • Product scoping and needs clarification
  • User discovery and field interviews
  • Business analysis and business rule formalization
  • Backlog prioritization and structuring
  • Writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Coordination with design and development teams
  • Scope trade-offs and delivery management
  • Adoption support and continuous improvement
Some examples of issues I have worked on:

→ For Solidarité Sida, I led the product scoping for a web/mobile platform designed to facilitate the preparation and coordination of nearly 2,200 volunteers, in a context of heterogeneous users, voluntary adoption, and very different field practices.

→ At Cleverside, within a payroll and HR services environment, I designed and evolved business tools around complex issues: salary simulation, per diem allowances, consultant tracking, and decision support. The challenge: to make complex rules more understandable for users while ensuring the reliability of internal processes.

I particularly appreciate contexts where it is necessary to understand a business, untangle complexity, make trade-offs, and transform needs into concrete solutions, rather than simply managing a list of features.

Based in Marseille, I work remotely and can travel occasionally depending on the mission context.

Experience

  • Solidarité Sida – Festival Solidays
Product Manager - Volunteer Web/Mobile Platform
    CIVIC AND SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS
    December 2024 - Today (1 year and 8 months)
    Paris, France
Web and mobile platform designed to prepare and coordinate the volunteer teams for the Solidays festival, in a highly constrained associative context: heterogeneous users, non-mandatory adoption, deeply ingrained existing practices, and a small product-tech team.

I led the product scoping and evolution: understanding field usage, formalizing needs, prioritizing the backlog, making functional trade-offs, coordinating web/mobile development, and supporting user onboarding.

    Main contributions:
    • Conducted interviews with Team Leaders, Referents, and volunteers
    • Formalized business needs and rules
    • Structured and prioritized the backlog based on user value and operational impact
    • Coordinated with web and mobile development
    • Prepared production releases and supported adoption
    • Made scope trade-offs to reconcile field needs, technical constraints, and ease of use

After an MVP tested in 2025 with a core group of users, usage was gradually expanded to prepare for the 2026 edition. Initially planned for about thirty users, the platform ultimately onboarded nearly 100 Team Leaders and Referents during the preparation phase.

The cancellation of Solidays before its full deployment did not allow for measuring real-world usage. However, the platform had already been used to import volunteers, configure teams, and prepare field organization.

  • Cleverside
Business Engineer - Business Tools & Processes
    HUMAN RESOURCES
    November 2017 - November 2024 (7 years)
    Courbevoie, France
Business Engineer in the payroll sector, I managed and supported a network of over 500 consultants, with a role that was commercial, operational, and business-focused.

This daily proximity to consultants and internal teams led me to identify recurring friction points and to design or evolve several business tools: salary simulation, expense and per diem management, planning, and administrative follow-up.

These subjects required translating user and operational needs into reliable business rules, while balancing ease of use, regulatory constraints, and internal control needs.

    Main contributions:
    • Developed and managed a network of over 500 consultants
    • Analyzed consultant and internal needs and identified operational friction points
    • Formalized complex business rules related to remuneration, expenses, and allowances
    • Designed and improved simulation, management, and decision-support tools
    • Automated calculations and controls to ensure data reliability and facilitate verification
    • Supported users and evolved tools based on field feedback

  • FACE Services
Founder - Sales Support & VSE Management Tools
    CONSULTING AND AUDITS
    April 2017 - January 2019 (1 year and 9 months)
    Paris, France
Created a sales and administrative support service for VSEs and freelancers, aiming to structure and simplify their daily activities: customer follow-up, prospecting, invoicing, administrative organization, and sales management.

    Main contributions:
    • Prospecting and supporting VSE and freelancer clients
    • Analyzing operational needs and identifying daily pain points
    • Implementing simple CRM, invoicing, and activity tracking tools
    • Structuring sales and administrative processes adapted to small organizations
    • Supporting user onboarding and autonomy with the tools

This entrepreneurial experience taught me to start from concrete needs, prioritize solutions proportional to usage, and guide less tech-savvy users towards greater autonomy.
