Codepi, a telecommunications company, called on me to redesign and unify its operational platforms.

The objective of the mission was:

- Analyze the existing software inventory.

- Interview users to identify friction points and areas for improvement in terms of user experience as well as operational processes.

- Create clear and exhaustive graphical documentation of the existing software inventory and different processes.

- Design the new platform, in collaboration with technical teams, consolidating the various existing platforms and offering a unified, modern, and fluid design and user experience.

- Propose a short-term vision for the platform for rapid deployment.

- Maintain a long-term vision with the integration of new features and the deployment of new processes.

- Creation of a modern design and UX, including, among other things, deployment tracking integrating external partners, facilitating communication and coordination and real-time field installation, an e-commerce space and a redesigned purchasing process to facilitate the sale of equipment and delivery tracking, complex user profile management with three levels of depth, redesigned support....

Voip Telecom, following the acquisition of Codepi, tasked me with redesigning their indirect sales platform, VoiceManager.

Same scope of work with some differences:

- Analysis of the software inventory, processes & interviews with operational staff to identify friction points and areas for improvement.

- Documentation of the existing software inventory and processes, including a detailed overview of all components of mobile configurations by operator.

- Proposal of a long-term vision for the platform, with a modern and clean design and UX. Creation of a complete dashboard design, redesigned and simplified complex configurations: global & specific margin configuration, conditional pricing interval creation, complex pricing grid configuration, pricing grid template management...

- Graphic and UX redesign of an interactive voice server creation module usable in drag & drop.

The startup Kastorr, whose mission was to transform the training market through innovative and simplified learner management and tracking, contacted me to design their product.

- Research and wireframing

- Graphic and UX design of a complex learner tracking dashboard allowing:

> tracking registrations, assisting with the creation of files and tracking supporting documents within imposed deadlines.

> monitoring the progress of a multitude of learners simultaneously, with an alert and reminder system for lack of attendance.

> clear visibility of actual revenue for the coming months, based on current learner progress percentages. Simplified invoicing system taking into account sector specificities, deposits already paid, automated invoice sending and file closure...

> Advanced statistics page providing a clear present and future view of revenue and learner management.
