For Nautic Forme, an approved boat license training organization, I designed and developed a custom web application that completely dematerializes the student journey, from initial contact to payment, by eliminating manual data entry and paper-based file management.

Showcase & Acquisition Website:

A responsive marketing site presenting training courses, prices, and testimonials. SEO optimization with JSON-LD structured data (LocalBusiness), sitemap, and dedicated pages for each training course to maximize local search engine ranking.

Customer Area & Registration File Dematerialization:

A secure personal space with passwordless authentication (email magic link, no password).

Students build their registration file 100% online: personal information, maritime background, medical restrictions, and upload of supporting documents (ID, medical certificate, photo, fiscal stamp).

Real-time tracking of file completeness and automatic generation of the finalized PDF.

Online Payment:

Stripe integration via Laravel Cashier with three pricing plans, checkout session creation, confirmation webhooks, and automatic user status update.

Administration Back-office:

Management interface allowing trainers to view and manage all registrations, with pagination and visualization of submitted documents.

Technical Stack:

Laravel 12, PHP 8.5, Livewire, Tailwind CSS v4, Stripe/Cashier, MySQL. Automated tests with Pest v4, code quality guaranteed by Laravel Pint.

Result:

A comprehensive management application that automates the registration process, drastically reduces administrative burden, and offers a modern experience for students. The same foundation: customer area, automation, dematerialization, online payment, can be directly applied to any SME that wants to move away from Excel and manual data entry.

For the Association Forme, I designed and developed a business web application covering the entire lifecycle of a training session: learner management, course scheduling, electronic attendance tracking, skills tracking, and generation of official documents.

A tailor-made solution designed for complex business needs, delivered in production.

- Electronic attendance tracking with signature capture and secure storage

- Interactive calendar for session scheduling and room booking

- Automatic PDF generation (monthly certificates, reports, attendance sheets)

- Skills repository and evaluation of achievements by capitalizable unit

- Management of apprenticeship contracts with integration of the Convergence API for transmitting CERFA forms to OPCOs

- Automated emails (reminders for missing signatures, evaluation reminders)

- Specific "Forme Services" tracking for social support and business integration

- Analytical dashboards per training course

Result:

A complete business application, in production, that automates administrative training management: attendance, document generation, reminders, and saves considerable time on time-consuming tasks.

This project illustrates my ability to understand complex business needs, design the appropriate architecture, and connect it to existing systems via API.

The same expertise, custom management application, automation, API integration, can be directly applied to any SME that wants to digitize its processes.
