Jérémy Dahan

Mergers and Acquisitions Consulting for SMEs for 8 years, I started my career at a Big4 as a Business Manager. Following this experience, I managed a team of Business Developers at a small-cap investment bank for 3 years in London.

I then joined a Parisian Investment Bank as a Partner with whom I still collaborate today. Today, I have created my own firm with a former client who is my partner and we execute our own deals. I support my clients from the identification of the need or project to the closing of the transaction. I have completed around forty transactions in France and a few cross-border operations. I am a multi-specialist but have a strong appetite for the industrial cleaning sector, IT (ESN, Software Publishers...) and construction (secondary and primary works...).

I assist my clients in acquisition missions (defining specifications, searching for off-market targets, financial and market analysis for identified targets, presentation and support in drafting an offer, negotiations, process management, transaction closing).

I also assist my clients in divestment missions (Identification of the divestment project, drafting of the documentation package (IM, valuation approach, Teaser, NDA...), search for potential buyers and confidentiality management, meetings with buyers, negotiation of offers, preparation of audits alongside my clients, I act as the conductor of legal and accounting advisors until the success of the operation.

I can also assist my clients in key stages (Valuation, Financing Dossiers, and other consulting missions.

My strengths are: interpersonal skills, market knowledge, my network of several thousand partners and business leaders.
