My responsibilities: maintain and evolve the Oxylio website to meet market demands.

Context: to overcome vehicle supply difficulties (due to factory shutdowns following the global pandemic). It was necessary to react and create a new purchasing channel. The idea was to buy back vehicles from individuals to continue supplying the Oxylio Group's vehicle fleets.

In 3 months, lasolutionauto.com was built:

- technology selection

- integration of mockups

- creation of an estimation form based on the registration number

- API connection to LaCentrale for vehicle identification

- creation of an algorithm to estimate a purchase price based on responses

- integration of Microsoft's Bookings solution for managing appointments with the sales force

- consideration of referencing and SEO.

At launch, the site benefited from a regional radio campaign and a national TV advertisement.

Between 250 and 400 estimations are made daily from this site.

My responsibilities:

- Creation and design from scratch of the project: choice of Next and Node technologies

- Choice of CSS libraries: Tailwind and UI component library: MUI

- Setup of the architecture.

- Writing and maintaining technical documentation.

- UI design of the quotation process.

- Global integration of the new graphic charter with mockups and regular communication with the graphic designer.

- Connection to REST APIs (Largus, Lacentrale, Microsoft Bookings, business partners, PIWIK, Google Tag Manager)

- Facilitating scoping, demo, and delivery meetings.

- Always responsive development (mobile first).

SaaS software and mobile application for human resources management solutions, from planning to payroll, for the HCR (Hotel, Cafe, Restaurant) sector.

My responsibilities: due to its rapid commercial expansion, I joined as a partner to the existing front-end developer. In addition to business features, there was a desire to harmonize the style across the entire web and mobile application.
