I had the opportunity to work as an NLP coach for a major hotel company. My role was to support employees at all levels, from frontline staff to senior management, in their professional and personal development.

I started by organizing individual coaching sessions to help employees identify their professional and personal goals, as well as the obstacles preventing them from achieving them. I then used NLP techniques to help these employees develop skills such as effective and nonviolent communication, stress management and conflict resolution, goal setting and achievement, team cohesion, and a sense of well-being and joy at work.

Working closely with the company's management teams, I also organized group workshops to help certain employees (managers) improve their leadership and team management skills. These workshops covered topics such as interpersonal communication, group decision-making, time management, and employee motivation.

Additionally, I helped employees overcome their challenges and achieve their professional and personal goals. Together with the management teams, we implemented long-term professional development programs for employees.

This experience allowed me to develop solid skills in corporate NLP coaching, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges employees face in a professional environment.
All of this enables me to guide a company through a crisis, if there is one, and to help a company achieve better results through employees who are happier and more effective.

I continue to provide remote advice to the company as needed.
