My experience has allowed me to develop my skills in consulting, listening, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
After taking the step into the Agile world (my SHU) in 2015, I am still nourished today by the values of Agility and I am building knowledge of these methods such as Scrum, Kanban... through books, meet-ups, Agile Tour, and Blogs.
I therefore continue to acquire knowledge in Agility, I have integrated and am now an active participant within two development teams, which allows me to enrich my HA.
In addition to this role of scrum master, I wish to share the values and concepts of agility within various companies. I therefore offer my services today so that everyone can achieve their potential and find their place within their company, as well as giving companies the opportunity to create an environment that allows for this accomplishment and performance.
