As Technical Lead / Architect of a team of 5 people, I contributed to the implementation of a Data Science platform for the various "data" teams of the company. This "Algorithm Management Platform" was entirely developed and is structured around several features and services.

- Management of work instances for data scientists, serving as a secure work environment for accessing and working with data.

- Management of data access and auditability of these accesses.

- A feature store / feature catalog to factorize business logic into "features" for models.

- Management of machine learning models in a model registry.

As a full-stack developer, I’ve worked on various POC and projects using machine learning and deep learning technologies to empower CHANEL’s businesses.

Some projects were using Computer Vision while others were using NLP and STT technologies.

Mission scope: Full-stack development (Back, Front, DevOps), Architecture, Technical Project management

Contribution to several projects throughout my assignment:

• Chatbot Project: Chatbot for creating concierge requests via chat.

- Stack: Node.js + Microsoft Bot Framework + Recast.ai

- Challenge: Measuring and controlling the deviation (non-deterministic) of the Bot's NLP algorithms to ensure a consistent experience over time.

- Role: Technical support as a developer. Implementation of functional tests with Jest. Implementation of CI and CD with Gitlab CI and Nomad

• Content Library Project: Content database, editable via a backoffice and accessible via API

- Stack: Python + Django + Django Rest Framework

- Challenge: Content aggregation and deduplication, service scalability and performance

- Role: Tech Lead / PO: managing client needs and development planning. Architecture of the service and its various functionalities. Participation in development.

• Self-Service Project: Proxy APIs to partner APIs for booking hotels, restaurants, flights, cars, etc.

- Stack: Python + Django + Django Rest Framework

- Challenge: Service scalability and performance. Modular and adaptive system for easily integrating new partners.

- Role: Tech Lead / PO: managing client needs and development planning. Architecture of the service and its various functionalities. Participation in development.
