With almost 20 years' experience in the contracting and management of private and public-sector projects (construction, infrastructure, rail, maritime, mining, IT, etc.), I support my private and public-sector customers in implementing the most appropriate contractual solutions for their projects. From the project definition stage, through the exchanges required for contractualization, to the monitoring of contractual performance and the management of contractual risks and pre-litigation, I provide my expertise to secure my customers' interests and bring their projects to a successful conclusion. Today, this activity is mainly focused on the African continent and the Middle East.

Lead of strategic procurement engineering, we work alongside the operational departments of the largest public operators to advise them on the contracting and execution of their major projects (building construction or renovation, rail, CBTC, MCO, civil engineering, civil engineering structures, IT systems, defense, vocational training, etc.) in both procurement engineering and contractual engineering for their projects. We provide support at all stages of the procurement process: operations strategies, procurement strategies, contractual arrangements, procedural monitoring and optimization, complex negotiations, contract management, supplier relationship management, and dispute management during contract execution.
