24 years of experience in the IT field, including 15 years in Luxembourg, in IT development, integration, support, hardware, project management, and management.

With an initial Bac+2 degree in IT development, I continuously seek to advance and progress. For these reasons, I subsequently obtained a degree in IT engineering and then an MBA in Business Management in the digital age.

As a business owner of an IT store at the beginning of my career, I moved into development, notably at Sony Alsace. Wishing to gain international experience, I moved to Luxembourg to join the largest law firm as a developer, then team leader, and finally project manager.

After 9 years, I wanted to move into IT service companies, still in Luxembourg, to manage fixed-price projects for the company (C-Services - EDDA) in various contexts such as the European Parliament or Arcelor Mittal. I then joined Ausy Luxembourg as a Service Delivery Manager for the Development and Project team. Most recently, I evolved into a Services Director for a Salesforce integration company where I was in charge of a team of 15 consultants (Project Manager, Business Analyst, CRM consultants, and developers) with the mission of organizing and optimizing the team, processes, and client business.
