My professional life has revolved around Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from the very beginning, and I can count myself among the first in Germany to have developed applications in this area (back then still CAS).
This has led me to a wide variety of industry sectors, where I have conceptualized, implemented, and successfully introduced CRM/ERP and POS project solutions, or have also participated in agile teams to ensure the operation and further development of CRM solutions.
The main focus of projects to date has been in wholesale and retail, mechanical engineering/automotive, eHealth including telematics infrastructure, and the energy industry. My dual education in computer science and mechanical engineering has always helped me to contribute not only technical implementation but also a professional understanding of the tasks at hand.
Since the market launch of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, I have focused primarily on this environment.
Based on my broad professional experience, combined with the ability to design and implement complex software systems, I see my current focus as an IT Solution Architect and Consultant with the core competence of a software developer.
With knowledge of various modern architectural styles, such as microservices, event-driven, and RESTful APIs, my main interest lies in supporting companies in the introduction of new software systems and concept solutions and Azure Cloud Migrations, as well as driving the optimization of operational data flows, combined with the design of interfaces for external systems.
Contributing to agile teams in various ways and working with modern project management methods such as SCRUM define my current daily work.
I look forward to new challenges that not only broaden my technological horizons daily.
