Public buyer, who decided to use her experience in managing public consultations to support SMEs and VSEs in responding to public tenders and to assist public entities in awarding public contracts of all categories independently.

Recently, as a public buyer, I had the opportunity to implement the entire public procurement process:

- Advise and assist in defining the precise needs of the prescribing services, determine the contractual approach and the associated planning.

- Draft the company consultation file and the presentation report

- Prepare the offer analysis file and negotiate if provided for by the contract

- Set up the contract with the successful bidders

- Carry out administrative and economic monitoring of the contract

- Carry out the contract execution assessment with the prescriber

In short, implement the various stages of contract award up to their notification

As a public procurement consultant:

- I support VSEs and SMEs in all stages of responding to public tenders

- I created the Podcast (audio program) "At the Heart of Public Procurement":

(Interviews with public procurement professionals who share their experience, advice, strategies, visions that can inspire members of the public procurement ecosystem (buyers, legal experts, managers, directors and other decision-makers, prescribers and users, writers, legislators, incumbent companies, candidate companies and future candidates for public contracts, etc.).

- I created the LinkedIN Group "At the Heart of Public Procurement" in which we disseminate information, interviews and news related to public procurement. This group currently has more than 650 members.
