Main responsibilities:

Contribute to the good management of administrative, HR, social, and accounting processes:

1- Client billing management:

➢ Manage the client billing process (payments – outstanding – reminders – debt collection – banks)

➢ Handle billing disputes in relation with internal teams and clients:

• Invoicing and credit notes

• Follow-up of outstanding payments and negotiations with clients

• Preparation of pre-litigation and litigation files

• Archiving of accounting documents

2- Supplier billing management:

➢ Entry of supplier invoices

- Management of service contracts

3- Administrative management

Employee onboarding and offboarding (DPAE, occupational health, final pay, employer certificate, IT, badges, integration, etc…)
Entry and follow-up of payroll variables
Management of meal vouchers
General administrative management
Expense report management
Support for fleet and mobile management
IT equipment management

4- Accounting management

Bank reconciliation
Collection of supporting documents / Management of suspense accounts
Payment of supplier invoices

5- Office management

Coordination of service providers (accounting, legal, cleaning, maintenance contracts, works, etc…)
Management of various stocks
Happiness management (event organization, off-sites, seminars, office life,…)

- At least 15 years of experience (administration, billing, reminders and debt collection, accounting, HR and social)

- Proficient in Office Suite, Zoho, Notion, Pennylane, Movin Motion, Silae, Google Drive, Outlook, etc.

- Intermediate English
