As a social and professional support officer within an insertion association (ACI), I assist individuals far from employment in building and securing their socio-professional paths.

I provide individualized support at each stage of the process: social and professional diagnosis, removal of barriers to employment (housing, mobility, health, access to rights, budget), professional project definition, job and vocational training preparation.

I conduct follow-up interviews, intermediate and final reviews, as well as professional reports for institutional partners and funders (DDETS, local authorities, referrers). I ensure that the paths comply with the regulatory framework of IAE.

In close collaboration with technical supervisors and external partners, I coordinate actions that promote autonomy, skill development, and sustainable insertion for employees.

Aware of the challenges of social and digital innovation, I integrate digital tools (automation, databases, AI, collaborative tools) to optimize path monitoring, activity management, and the quality of support.
