Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the profitability of rediscount credit lines (Bancoldex and Findeter) through the management of the profitability model.

• Design and development of E2E focused products for corporate banking (SME, Business, and Corporate).

• Creation and structuring of campaigns focused on the SME segment, with a comprehensive product offering (Cash + Assets + Insurance).

• Generate maintenance, expectation, and deepening campaigns for new and existing credit products, using media such as mailing, text messages, radio spots, press, etc.

• Generate strategies to boost green credit lines, enabling the bank to meet green credit placement targets and maintain its Dow Jones certification.

• Calculate pricing for the utilization of second-tier bank rediscount lines.

• Creation of new products and strategies for companies in the commerce sector, employing functionalities such as Multiabono (advance payment of installments), pledge of receivables, and delivery of credit products based on commercial transactionality, to address their financing needs.

• Strengthen the bank guarantee issuance process through the Blockchain tool, ensuring its correct functionality and the best customer experience.

• Design, structuring, and implementation of the factoring product, defining the following: Strategy; Product pricing and commercial strategies, conditions (commission, risk, operational platform, accounting, committee approval), operations (disbursement, process, and registration), accounting (affected accounts, reconciliation, and accounting balance), commercial deployment, and public launch through a campaign.

• Administration of the confirming product, product maintenance, which includes reviewing commissions while safeguarding the product's target profitability.

As an operations analyst, I successfully carried out the following responsibilities:

• Analysis and structuring of leasing operations. Management of ownership of the leased assets (Machinery, vehicles, solar energy projects, and specialized assets).

• Asset insurability and backing.

• Establishment of collateral (FNG, Pledges, Receivables, Mortgages).

• Authorization of asset delivery and transfer.

• Manage payments to suppliers and brokers involved in the operation.

• Manage rediscounts with second-tier banks (Finagro and Bancoldex).

• Generate and implement improvements in area processes.

• Manage the structuring and viability of projects generated in the area.

• Monitor their development and scope.

• Execute the necessary tests to certify the functionality of process improvements.

• Record the progress of each project in the tracking matrix.

• Foster synergy between areas supporting operations (commercial, collateral, payments, systems).
