    Complete overhaul of an Excel tool(+ external SQL).Cost optimization(millions of euros saved annually through error reduction),task automation(client tracking, portfolio management, and purchase/sale transactions), **added security, verification, and a logging system**.

    This was a long-term mission - still ongoing for operational monitoring - involving a complete rethinking of the internal tool used for tracking, managing, buying, selling, and invoicing GAS for Total Energies' key accounts.

    It was a particularly rich and intense mission.
    1. Understanding a complex European energy market within a team with little experience (max 3 years) and departing managers.
    2. Deeply understanding the current tools, their limitations, their functioning, and their interfaces with other tools.
    3. Fundamentally rethinking their management, which was done via a 10-year-old Excel file, no longer maintainable, leading to numerous errors in contracts and hedging, resulting in annual losses of millions of euros.
    4. Developing a reliable, comprehensive, and collaborative system that now allows them to accurately track their entire portfolio and perform complex tasks in seconds, while offering great flexibility and agility.
