I supervised the Magellan team for the first operational launch (in double). I supported managers by providing them with steering metrics: ticket duration, support analysis.

I supervised, trained, and developed several teams in an Accelerate, Lean & Agile approach.

I redefined the "10 Basics": Business Value, Vision, Risks, QOS, Velocity, Predictability, Steering, Cycle Time, Time to Market... to improve team maturity and better serve business needs.

I led maturity workshops, team building, kick-offs, etc.

I coached Scrum Masters in their operations, Product Owners in their daily work: Participation in Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Refinements (breaking down work for continuous testing, DoD, DoR, Value, Acceptance Criteria, Estimations), Sprint Planning, Reviews & Demos to make them more effective. To go further, we set up the Guild for Scrum Masters.
