I have been a consultant and freelancer since 2014, specializing in Workflow and BPMN. I work on your business processes to simplify them and also bring coherence between your different departments.

As a BPMN expert, I work to break down legacy business process monoliths, usually on SharePoint.
I am involved in:
- Reverse engineering processes to understand how they work,
- Designing the future process as a flow diagram (and sometimes sequence diagrams),
- Exchanging with business stakeholders to validate their expectations for the new process and proposing HMIs that I create with Adobe XD,
- Once the discovery is validated, I write the User Stories and manage the development while ensuring the functional usability tests.
