CBDOO is an e-commerce store specializing in CBD products (flowers, oils, resins, derivatives, and wellness). I support the brand with its Email & Retention Marketing strategy: setting up and optimizing automation flows on Klaviyo, producing regular email campaigns, and managing segmentation. In a sector with strong regulatory constraints on communication, I adapt content to maximize engagement and repeat purchases – with a human editorial approach, far from generic promotional emails.

Since November 2025, I have been collaborating with the Di CRM agency as an Email & Retention Marketing consultant.

I work directly on client accounts to audit, structure, and optimize their retention strategy on Klaviyo.

My responsibilities include creating custom automation flows, producing and sending email and SMS campaigns, as well as performance analysis and monthly reporting.

Each intervention aims for a concrete objective: increasing repurchase rates, improving customer lifetime value, and generating measurable recurring revenue.

I work in close collaboration with the agency's teams to ensure a coherent strategy aligned with each brand's objectives.

2-month mission with LaSèche, a fitness and dietary rebalancing program with a community of over 53,000 members. I structured and deployed the email ecosystem on Klaviyo: setting up priority automation flows, producing and sending campaigns, segmenting the database, and monitoring performance. The main challenge was to maintain community engagement between challenges and maximize re-enrollments. A short but intense mission, with a brand that has a highly engaged audience and sales cycles dictated by monthly challenges.
