With over eight years of experience as a managing partner in a property management firm, I was primarily responsible for the rental management department. After the firm was sold to a group in 2025, I contributed to its restructuring from 2017 onwards and supported a 96% increase in turnover to reach 4.8 million euros in 2025 (2500 rental management units and 9000 co-ownership units).
In parallel, I have been sharing my experience by teaching rental management at the CCI Haute-Savoie since 2018 for students in the professional bachelor's degree in "Real Estate Transaction and Management."
Today, I assist real estate professionals in structuring their management services, optimizing their portfolios, training their teams in accordance with the ALUR law, and implementing appropriate development strategies.
