While it's sometimes difficult to leave an appraisal, in this case it's extremely easy. I had the chance to be supported by Jean-Pierre. He spared neither his time, nor his efforts, nor his advice and explanations. He is a calm and very pedagogical person, not hesitating to "roll up his sleeves" to overcome sometimes tricky situations... I highly recommend him for those looking for help, as well as for complete or partial iOS development. Thank you sincerely for your help. And more generally for Malt: after my 3 experiences with different developers, I can simply confirm the power and correctness of the referenced developers, with the exception of one who was actually fired.
