• Manage projects: product evolutions or new products, capacity requirements, Quality imperatives, working conditions, involving physical and/or administrative production facilities (handling, robots, tele-measuring, Cameras + AI and profilometers, structural reinforcement…)

• Lead projects from study to operational acceptance

• Write specifications and establish technical alignments to align technical solutions with project expectations.

• Examine potential risks with the HSE and Fire Prevention department

• Create prevention plans

• Organize and observe site work execution according to schedule, with regular control of planned milestones

• Prepare, supervise, and monitor work

• Actively participate in on-site project meetings with users and work teams.

• Monitor studies, technical aspects, HSE (safety visits, subcontractor management), and administrative site management.

• Liaise between internal departments and users to facilitate communication between stakeholders.

• Optimize processes & continuous improvement

• Discover the company, understand its operations to propose improvement avenues.

• Identify areas for improvement and simplification.

• Practice PDCA daily in the pursuit of Total Quality.

• Study logistics arrangements (pallet racks, dynamic shelving,…)

• Identify logistics flows, validate or optimize them to streamline flows and reduce handling

• Define or improve workstations, implement operator aids (poka-yoke), workstation ergonomics

• Adapt means to new working methods imposed by continuous change.

• Prioritize tasks according to their importance and set objectives.

• Quickly integrate into new teams or working groups.
