Hybridization Project within DTPI, technical architects team. Audit, transfer, and takeover of existing cloud IaaS/PaaS activities (Azure, AWS), evangelization of public cloud, definition of hybridization strategies and principles with the internal IT system. Definition of a target architecture deployable across multiple Cloud Solution Providers.

March 2022 - November 2022

Saint Gobain Enterprise Cloud / "Landing Zone v2" Project

• New offering on Hub & Spoke topology, IaaS, PaaS. Hybrid connectivity (SGNet) with Internal/External exposure, or fully autonomous (internet, PaaS only).

• Definition/design for identity, network exposure of spokes (WAF, application gateway).

• Technical workshops with network, security, and infrastructure teams.

• Qualification (Service Enablement) of Azure services.

March 2021 - March 2022

Consulting and support for business entities on Azure solutions (90% PaaS, 10% IaaS), according to Cloud Factory offerings:

• Scoping, qualification of PaaS services used by the project

• Technical workshops (architecture, security) Qualification (Service Enablement) of Azure PaaS services for the SG catalog: definition of use cases, controls, and hardening with the SecOps team.

Mobile device management with Intune for 9 divisions. Analysis Phase: study of the existing environment and client context through thematic interviews (strategy, security, delegation, management). Design Phase: Study, technical workshops, solution architecture. Build Phase: Integration and implementation of Intune in the existing Office 365 tenant, integration of Apple DEP and Android ZTE.
