Role:

As a technical lead, I am responsible for the technical design, development, and maintenance of Java/Spring/Angular applications within the Digital Squad. My role includes:

Technical Expertise:

- In-depth mastery of Java, Spring (Boot, MVC, etc.), Angular, and associated technologies

- Design of robust and scalable software architectures

- Active participation in the development of new features and optimization of existing applications

Management and Leadership:

- Leading and mentoring a team of developers

- Supporting team members to foster their skill development

Production Monitoring and Maintenance:

- Analysis of logs and performance indicators to identify/resolve issues using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace

Contribution to the Development Environment:

- Ensuring the quality of deliveries (monitoring quality indicators: number of bugs, Sonar, etc.)

Integration into a team composed of several Tech Leads and DevOps responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the various components of VIF's technical foundation for Web projects. The team plays a central role in VIF's industrial suite as it ensures the maintenance and quality of the technical foundation required for all business products (Supply Chain, MES).

Team:

Team composed of 13 people: 5 Tech Leads, 5 DevOps, 1 Tester, 1 Technical Coordinator, and a Technical Director.

Role:

Participate in the development of backlog tickets. Populate the technical backlog with tickets for improving the existing system. Be the technical referent for several application components. Provide technical assistance to product teams. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to good development practices, ensure compliance with code quality and performance expectations. Participate in various Agile ceremonies.

Development of a back-office web application for managing claims for CBP insurance contract managers. The application manages the entire claims lifecycle, from entering the claim declaration in the interface, requesting supporting documents from the policyholder (and sending reminders if necessary), to paying the claim and closing it.

Team:

Integration into a team of 8 people (5 developers, 2 functional analysts, 1 tester).

Role:

Design, development, testing. Technical referent for the application, responsible for training new developers and their skill development. Responsible for the technical stack, its maintenance, and evolution. Populating the backlog with technical improvement tickets. Monitoring quality indicators, overall deliverable quality, and unit test code coverage rate. Writing technical documentation.

Design, development, and technical responsibility for migrating the front-end part from the JQuery library to the Angular 10 framework.
