My career began in Customer Support & Sales, evolved into Relationship Management, and later into Engineering before I became a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS FinTech company. This unique path gave me first-hand experience across every pillar of the product journey — from understanding customers to building technology, launching products, and continuously improving them.
