As Interim Transverse Manager – New Warehouse and Headquarters – 2 sites – 50MEur

In the context of COLRUYT group's growth, steering, initiation, framing, and definition of solutions for the new warehouse and new headquarters projects in Dole (39), implementation and coordination of adjacent projects and relations with the steering committee and local and group (Belgium) teams.

• Project initiation and roadmap management.

• Writing governance, organization, information, project, and communication documents.

• Definition and reinforcement of group principles and standards within the team.

• Definition and implementation of governance tools and principles.

• Management of global and project teams and coordination with local and group teams.

• Coordination of meetings, and project steering committees, management, animation, and leadership of transverse project bodies. Creation and animation of the project managers community.

• Preparation of high-level decisions in relation with decision-makers, including clients, directors, department heads, and other global, regional, or local teams.

• Definition of solutions to be selected within the framework of the 3/5 year vision.

• Monitoring and consolidation of Real Estate BRS plans.

• Selection of final solutions, ensuring value creation and alignment with the company vision.

• Management of RFPs and drafting of specifications and high-level requirements.

• Monitoring of equipment and contract commissioning/decommissioning plans.

• Identification of synergies and management of the continuous improvement cycle within project portfolios in relation with PMs, the communication and change department.

• Contribution to strategy, providing a transverse and medium-term vision in terms of HR, Real Estate, facility services, marketing, sales, and supply chain.

• Identification and elimination of shadow work and duplication.

• Consolidation of project resources, and budget monitoring.

In the context of a redesign and evolution of the entire IS (Go Cloud), taking charge of the Urban Planning and Architecture team at the global level and relations with the COMEX.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Enterprise Architecture (EA) blueprints (business, process, organization, information, application, infrastructure, security) and drive execution of roadmaps.

• Define and enforce organization-wide architecture principles, standards, tools, policies and solution governance.

• Drive Global and Regional Architecture teams and coordinate with Country Architecture teams. Chair and lead the Architecture Council. Animate the architecture community.

• Drive the definition of Business Capabilities, in strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders (notably other global teams, regions and countries)

• Define the target platform/application architecture, coordinate relevant stakeholders, and select the solutions to be implemented while ensuring consistency between the different value streams and in line with the company vision and strategic initiatives.

• Drive RFP when needed.

• Build the decommissioning plan with relevant stakeholders (notably IT regional architects and business stakeholders).

• Manage and analyze the applications and projects portfolio to surface synergies and area for improvement.

• Drive technology innovation.

• Contribute to the IT strategy, bringing medium term and transversal vision.

• Identify and eliminate shadow IT wherever possible.

Interact with the Global Digital Factory and act as the technical architect for digital platform during the first months.
