I joined the IT department team to take charge of the Ops team.

The team consists of 11 people:

▪ 6 Ops engineers

▪ 1 DBA

▪ 4 Cloud integrators

My responsibilities as Lead DevOps:

▪ Team management, recruitment, management

▪ Management of IT security in collaboration with the group CISO (best practices, pentests, etc.)

▪ Management and monitoring of the production infrastructure (over 2500 notary clients)

▪ Cloud Transformation and migration to Kubernetes

▪ FinOps with optimization of Cloud consumption costs, remediation of servers and services

Founded in 2004, it employs over 3,500 people in more than 20 countries and generated a turnover of 2.21 billion euros in 2023.

I joined the EDF RE R&D team to refactor an industrial production tool based on new in-house software for:

▪ Data collection with standard industrial protocols into an AWS Data Lake

▪ Data exposure and consumption by local or international business partners

The team consisted of 6 people:

▪ 1 Tech Lead

▪ 1 Ops Lead

▪ 1 Ops Engineer

▪ 1 Integrator

▪ 2 System Administrators

My responsibilities as Lead DevOps:

▪ Technical support, training, and coaching

▪ CI/CD chain architecture and deployment

▪ Implementation of the Middleware deployment chain

▪ Service documentation

▪ Administration of tools and users

Crédit Agricole Technologies et Services (CA-TS) is an information technology company, founded in 2010, which designs, manufactures, and maintains the banking information system for the 39 regional banks of Crédit Agricole, with the goal of becoming the reference IT player in terms of performance, technology, and social responsibility. The company employs approximately 1,800 people across 6 sites in France and generated a turnover of 954.8 million euros in 2023.

I joined the Platform tribe within the DevOps expert squad to support the developer squads.

The DevOps squad consisted of 6 people in Montpellier.

As Lead DevOps, my responsibilities included:

▪ Continuous integration, automated deployment, and security of banking applications

▪ Close collaboration with development teams (support, evangelization)

▪ Implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines

▪ Active participation in establishing a security culture

▪ Organizing DevOps workshops on Cloud topics
