I support my clients on the following missions:

• Consulting: HR strategy, executive consulting, structuring and organizing Human Resources, implementing and optimizing internal tools and processes, coaching.

• HR Project Management: Company values and culture, recruitment process, onboarding/offboarding, CSR, career and skills development programs, employee engagement, internal communication, well-being at work, updating/overhauling administrative documents.

• Operational Management: Recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, HR development, labor law.

• Transition Management: reinforcement or replacement on a specific HR mission, HR change management in a context of transition or growth, crisis management.
