Onboarding New Employees: design, implementation, and facilitation of the integration process for new hires to foster their engagement. Customer Relationship Management: CRM, newsletters, loyalty. SEO Optimization: improving website visibility through blog post writing and optimizing product sheets for natural referencing on Shopify. Development of Internal Communication: implementation of a monthly newsletter, an internal social network, and structuring processes, particularly onboarding.
