- Involvement in the entire process: Needs expression, drafting of the CCTP, drafting of the DCE, analysis of offers, project implementation, contractual monitoring, renegotiations.

The mission within GRDF's LIAM department has two main objectives:

- Implementation of an inventory of owned licenses, their expiry dates, and their potential renewal.

- Redefinition of the role of the LIAM department and its members to bring a more strategic dimension. The aim is to evolve the department from a purchasing role to a dual role, SAM and Contract Manager. Thus, the following elements have been rethought and defined: Roles, necessary skills, necessary tools, scope, positioning of the department within the purchasing process.
