Supporting operational teams in defining needs and profiles,

multi-channel sourcing (CV databases, social networks, internal databases).

Conducting interviews, monitoring hires, and formulating offers in

collaboration with the HR Manager.

Participating in attractiveness and Employer Brand promotion initiatives (social networks, targeted communication).

Coaching employees in internal mobility: CVs, interview preparation, and career support.

Engagement in school outreach activities: career fairs, mock interviews, and academic partnerships.
