o Complete project management for HRIS redesign: writing white papers on time management and payroll, developing specifications, organizing the tender and selecting the ADP Decidium GE solution (Core HR/Payroll, Time Management, Contracts, Performance Reviews, Training, etc.).

o Deployment coordination: leading analysis and specification workshops, overseeing testing phases, managing data migration and interfaces.

o Functional administration of the solution and implementation of HR process dematerialization.

2. Manager of OCTIME database centralization

o Project management for merging existing databases into a unified Time Management database: regulatory review, functional and technical scoping, specifications, testing, data migration, and interface management.

o OCTIME solution administration and deployment of time management workflows.

3. HRIS Operational Maintenance

o Daily supervision of the group's HR solutions: Cegid RH Place, Hublo, ADP Decidium GE, Octime, etc.

o Coordination of developments, incident management, and user support with a continuous improvement approach.

4. HR Reporting Expert

o Definition and creation of numerous HR reports, using Business Objects for ADP, SQL for Octime, or QlikSense
