•Planned and supervised operations for 2 sites (Rho & Santa Giulia): +2,000 accredited vehicles and +200,000 participants, coordinating arrivals/departures of 40 national teams with the site security team.

•Managed stakeholders: local authorities and sports federations, aligning priorities and validating action plans.

•Applied Agile/Scrum: Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for transport and logistics teams.

•Tracked operational KPIs: average transit times, bus schedules, traffic incidents → improved traffic flow by 25%.

•Delivered daily reports and dashboards to support decision-making and rapid issue resolution.

Result: Successfully coordinated all transport operations with 0 major incidents, on-time delivery, and high stakeholder satisfaction.

As part of Silicon Valley Project, I am a member of a Scrum team where we apply the Scrum framework in real project delivery.
