₊ Preparation of the Sponsor Update with presentation of project progress, budget, and indicators (tools used: PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)

₊ Weekly reporting to project managers on five workstreams, the main ones being:

o Migration of 240 applications to Azure cloud in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, CaaS, and FaaS

o Implementation of foundational projects such as:

 IBM's APIC solution for API management

 Keycloak for enhanced Keyvault security

o Monitoring the implementation of containerization (Kubernetes) and the Landing Zone to host applications

₊ Automation in Excel for extractions from the ServiceNow ITBM PPM tool

o Budget tracking of service provider entries and exits

o Analysis of global MOA (IT Owner) and MOE (IT Engineering) budgets, amounting to 4 million euros annually
