In addition to the responsibilities of Deputy Director of Social Services, heading one of the four deputy general directorates of the Seine-et-Marne Departmental Council, managing the Department's core expertise (600 million budget) in social services for the Seine-et-Marne Department, with responsibility for several thousand employees (2300 people), spread across central services and 14 Departmental Social Services Centers (MDS) as well as childcare facilities for child protection, deployed throughout the territory.
