- Responsible for the Data scope of the Family Branch (CIO Scope)

- Responsible for the development of data ingestion processes from sources into the Branch's Business Intelligence System (BIS).

- Responsible for the development of National Dashboards

- Responsible for defining the BIS architecture

- Responsible for #DataGovernance within the #Data scope

- Co-responsible with Operations Management for Production processes

- Natural point of contact for CAF and CNAF Business Departments within the #Data scope

- Budgetary responsibility and responsibility for the related public procurement of subcontracting

✅MANAGEMENT:

- "Architecture and Reporting" team (10 people including a manager, Rennes)

- "Data Governance" team (8 people including a manager, Lyon)

- "Warehouse Management" team (7 people including a manager, Lyon)

- Subcontracting teams (SOPRA then CAPGEMINI, variable workforce depending on periods (From a few units to 40 people).

✅MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:

- BIS Modernization Project (See project sections) as Project Director.

- Migration of the Data Governance tool from Access to SIDOC (Internal CNAF Tool)

- Redesign of statistical chains (Production of monthly and consolidated statistical files for the Branch's statisticians)

-Graphalloc Tool: Implementation of a #Neo4J graph database based on Parquet databases ( #Cloudera environment) to help CAF operational staff combat organized fraud.

- Numerous new data sources and dashboards developed during the period

✅ SCOPE:

- Technical Director of the Center's teams (35 people)

- Responsible for IT Production and Service Quality for the 9 Family Allowance Funds (CAF) in the region

- Facilitation of regional activities (CAF Directors, local IT Managers)

- Member of the CERTI-BN Management Committee

- Liaison with national IT personnel and other CERTI regions

✅MANAGEMENT:

- Technical teams of the Center (35 people including 5 managers)

- Networks, Administration and Systems, IT Production, SAN, IT Security, Messaging, Business Intelligence, Regional Help-desk, Quality)

✅MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:

- Relocation of CERTI to its new premises (Including a Datacenter equipped with a central UNIX machine, several hundred VMs, network equipment, a SAN, a NAS, and a backup robot) - Incident-free start in November 2013.

- CERTI HR Transformation Plan for integration with CNAF (Creation of a national "IT Network" team, Strengthening of Business Intelligence teams, functional mobility plan for staff)

- Implementation of Voice over IP

- Implementation of print departmentalization

IT consulting and project management missions for public and private clients (Bénéteau Group, CER France, various municipalities, ...)
